Tony Eales, Chief Executive Officer Teletrac Inc., USA and Chief Executive of Trafficmaster Plc

Tony has a background in the telecommunications industry and has held senior management positions within Finance, Marketing and Strategic Planning. He joined Trafficmaster in July 1998 and was appointed to the Board in January 1999. His initial remit included corporate development at Trafficmaster, giving him responsibility for generating new business and product development. He also managed RAC Trafficmaster Telematics and developed strategic partnerships. In August 2001, Tony joined Teletrac as Chief Executive Officer and he was appointed Chief Executive of Trafficmaster in July 2005.

 

Tim Van Cleve, Chief Operating Officer, Teletrac Inc., USA and Executive Board Director, Trafficmaster Plc

Tim Van Cleve joined Teletrac in March 1996 and in December 2002 was named Chief Operating Officer. He was appointed as an Executive Board Director to Trafficmaster Plc in May 2006. Tim’s responsibility is to oversee day-to-day operations including sales and national operations at Teletrac and in this role is able to transfer skills and experience between the US and UK operations. Tim offers a wealth of expertise and business acumen having previously held sales positions at Teletrac, including Central Region Sales Manager, Regional Director of Sales and Operations for the Southern Region and Vice President of Sales and Customer Service.

 

Drew Hamilton, Executive Vice President, Teletrac Inc.

Drew Hamilton joined Teletrac in October of 1997, and in February of 2006 became Executive Vice President of Teletrac. He is responsible for all aspects of sales and marketing, including the National Account's program, Inside Sales program, and the Account Executive program. Drew previously held various sales and management positions within the Teletrac sales organization, including Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, Sales Manager, and Regional Sales Manager.

 

John Schilsky, Chief Financial Officer, Teletrac Inc.

John brings an intensely focused accounting background to his role as Chief Financial Officer of Teletrac, Inc. including seven years in public accounting and five years of industry experience. John oversees the financial and administrative organizations of Teletrac. As a member of the audit and advisory division of PricewaterhouseCoopers, John managed a variety of financial audits ranging from privately held mid-market clients to Fortune 500 corporations. It was here that he gained a working knowledge of how companies grow and change, the common management threads that are vital to the survival of any business.

 

 

 

Rex Frye, Director of Operations, Teletrac Inc.

Rex Frye joined Teletrac in 1990 and in January 2002 became Director of Operations. Frye is responsible for National Operations including Help Desk, Quality Assurance, Product Marketing, Information Technology, and Voice Technology. He is also responsible for data communications and all wireless and system operations. Rex previously served as National Technical Manager.

 

Karen Glasgow, Director of Human Resources, Teletrac Inc.

Karen Glasgow joined Teletrac in 1995 and in 1999 became Director of Human Resources. She is responsible for coordinating all Human Resources policies and procedures, including personnel issues, federal and state labor compliance, and employee benefits. Karen works with senior management to develop the direction of the organization and ensure that the organization’s people can meet those needs.
