Seamless Interface to Fleet Director Offers GPS Tracking, Automatic Load Updates and Enhanced Driver/Dispatcher Coordination

As a result, companies can gain greater operational efficiencies, reduce costs, improve driver productivity, and enhance customer service.

Integration with Fleet Director fleet monitoring software gives Prophesy Dispatch users access to Teletrac features such as turn-by-turn navigation, real-time vehicle tracking, live traffic data and highly accurate estimated time of arrival (ETA) to simplify workforce management.  Combined with Fleet Director’s robust 2-way messaging capabilities, communications between dispatchers and drivers become more efficient and effective.

For example, “new loads” and all associated data created in Prophesy Dispatch are automatically sent to the drivers’ in-cab device. Drivers can instantly notify dispatchers regarding key load information and confirmations, arrivals, departures, BOL, actual weight, actual quantity, delivery notes, and other information  processed by Prophesy Dispatch ─ all at the touch of a few  buttons via the Fleet Director in-cab unit. Plus, GPS vehicle tracking lets dispatchers know the precise location of each vehicle, ensuring complete visibility of vehicle movements and activities.
