Teletrac Names Schilsky As CFO

Teletrac, Inc., manufacturer of Fleet Director®, an integrated GPS-based vehicle tracking, wireless communications and fleet management software system, has named John E. Schilsky as its new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Schilsky, a CPA, will be based in the company’s Arlington, Texas office.

In making the announcement, Teletrac COO Tim Van Cleve said, “John brings to Teletrac a well-rounded and successful background that includes accounting, audit, tax, and shareholder relations plus the supervision of accounting, human resources and IT departments. John also has in-depth experience in initiating programs that help improve internal business processes and relationships with financial and vendor partners. We’re very pleased he is now a member of the Teletrac team.”

Prior to joining Teletrac, Mr. Schilsky held positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Sikich Gardner, LLP. His previous CFO experience includes Watts Copy Systems, Inc. and Nevill Business Machines, Inc.

Mr. Schilsky is a 1995 graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University. His organization affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Rotary International and Theta Chi International social fraternity.
