Teletrac’s Color Touchscreen is the most advanced interactive display technology available.

It is also incredibly stylish with a modern black and silver exterior giving it a slender and contemporary look. And, it can easily be removed from view to deter theft, when required.

Even smarter than before, it delivers the core benefits of Turn-By-Turn (TBT) off-board navigation with up-to date routing, dynamic traffic avoidance and the ability to store favorites for route creation. Teletrac TBT also enables users to select truck routes for those vehicles which are required to travel routes designated for specific vehicle types.

The interactive display enables drivers to follow a route using detailed Color mapping. Drivers can enter address information with a touch of the screen or using a QWERTYkeyboard. An array of view map options allows drivers to see their complete journey from beginning to end — at the touch of the screen, with considerable detail that only a color display can offer.

A green guidance line highlights the vehicle’s route ahead, while speed, distance to the destination, estimated time of arrival and current time are continuously displayed across the bottom of the map. Current vehicle location and direction are shown via Teletrac icons.

The display also provides visual alerts indicating traffic patterns and traffic congestion. Drivers can use the auto zoom function to pan across the map, in and out, even when not on a route.They can also select the auto zoom function to automatically increase the zoom level at junctions and intersections, helping them to identify their exact position.

The Color Touch screen provides a variety of easy ways to download routes. Alongside full address, postal code, intersections, and points of interest entry, routes can also be requested through a choice of up to 20 ‘favorite’ destinations, which are pre-set by the driver. The last five destinations are automatically saved on the system and calculated to help save time on the roads. Further, the Color touch screen features a quick access fly-in bar to show volume, suspend, resume, and re-route functions. When not on route, it allows a quick- access to enter a route by address, last and favorites.
