Teletrac offers a wide variety of education and training programs, from remote learning to comprehensive on-site curricula. Everything can be customized to your specific needs—ensuring that your people really are up to speed.

Teletrac can also can deliver highly targeted “best fit” training, so users only need to learn what’s relevant to their role. Our approach reduces unproductive classroom time and enables a more effective learning experience. Intensive, hands-on instruction means users can sprint through the learning curve, increasing their productivity from the outset.

The Teletrac Learning Center offers several product training options to meet the needs of a diverse customer base including:

  • Interactive, Web-based Training. Teletrac training specialists conduct weekly interactive, Web-based training, that any Teletrac customer can attend, at any time. Multiple customers participate via a PC for viewing and call in to a dedicated conference call number. Each course is approximately 90 minutes in length. Topics are pre-scheduled, and include online Q&A. Courses currently available are for a typical user level (drivers) and administrator level (dispatch).   • Customer-Specific Web-based Training. Our training specialists are also available for online training seminars by appointment, for specific accounts, that are customized for their teams and business requirements. These courses are customized using the customer’s own data, account information and settings. Access to this training is via a Web browser and requires that the account is active and customer settings/parameters are complete. This is very detailed training and is retained so employees can access it, on demand, and in the future as staffing levels change.
  • On-Site Training Courses. Teletrac also has specialists throughout the U.S. that are available for travel to customer locations to provide onsite training by appointment. Additionally, our training staff has considerable expertise delivering 'train-the-trainer' solutions for large customers. This includes both software and hardware training.
  • 24/7 On Demand Training*. Teletrac has partnered with PanaStream, a leader in interactive online training, to produce self-paced training programs, available to customers on demand, 24/7. Each On-Demand course is menu driven and includes navigation to access any segment, controls to pause, play or quit the presentation and have narrated audio. Courses also include a “features simulator” with highlighted keys, animated display screens and step-by-step instructions on how to perform required functions.

  • MDT Messaging. This course is designed for drivers, managers and administrators focusing on how to use the MDT to send and receive canned, emergency, form-fill and free text messages. Click here to launch program**
